Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly, including your name, email address, postal address, mobile phone number, and account credentials. Where you use our services in connection with care, we may also process health-related information supplied by you or by your care provider.

We automatically collect limited technical information when you visit this website, such as device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate our services, to fulfill and track prescription orders, to communicate with you about your account and your orders, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to secure our systems against fraud and abuse.

How we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers who perform work on our behalf, to the pharmacies, prescribers, and logistics partners necessary to fulfill an order, to professional advisors, and to authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing.

When you consent to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of the consent itself (the date, time, and the method by which it was given), and delivery metadata such as whether a message was delivered and whether you replied with an opt-out keyword.

We use your mobile number solely to send the categories of messages you consented to receive, and to maintain records demonstrating that consent. We disclose it only to the communications providers that transmit those messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering them. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from any advertising or marketing disclosure described elsewhere in this policy. They are never disclosed to advertising partners or data brokers.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or of purchasing any product or service. Full program terms are set out in the SMS Terms.

We retain your mobile number and the record of consent for as long as you remain opted in, and afterwards only as long as needed to honor your opt-out and to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Security and retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Contact privacy@thepharmacyhub.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are not intended for use by children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without the required consent, we will delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in our practices, and will post the revised version here with a new revision date. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@thepharmacyhub.com.
